- Demonstrated knowledge and lived experience of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities in Victoria, including an awareness of the social, demographic, economic, health and housing issues that inhibit access to justice and of appropriate services.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to effectively build rapport and establish relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to support service delivery.
- Qualifications and/or experience demonstrating knowledge and skills working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in justice or a community service-related area (desirable).
