**Who We're Looking For**
CorePlan is seeking a dynamic and results-driven** **Category Growth Manager, APAC to spearhead our growth and expansion in the APAC region. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, fostering a thriving client community, and establishing CorePlan as the go-to provider of drilling solutions in the region.
Reporting to the COO, you will leverage your sales expertise, market knowledge, and community-building skills to achieve ambitious growth targets.
**What will you do as the Category Growth Manager?**
As the Category Growth Manager, you will be a driving force behind CorePlan's expansion in the APAC mid-market drilling sector. Your role is multi-faceted, encompassing a blend of strategic leadership, hands-on sales execution, and community building.
**(1) Market Expansion**:
- Actively prospect and qualify new leads in the APAC mid-market, utilising CorePlan's resources and industry expertise.-
- Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns, and lead-
- Lead sales cycles from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience.**(2) Community Growth**:
- Develop and implement strategies to foster a vibrant community among CorePlan's clients in the APAC region.-
- Organise and facilitate networking events, webinars, workshops, or online forums to connect clients, share knowledge, and encourage collaboration.-
- Create and manage online communities or platforms to facilitate client engagement.**(3) Strategic Insights**:
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.-
- Gather and analyse prospect and customer feedback to inform product development, marketing strategies, and continuous improvement of sales tactics.**Qualifications and Fit**- Ability to navigate through complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.-
- Strong experience of selling to C-Suite with a good understanding of software sales.-
- 8+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales-
- 3+ years of experience in a sales management role-
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, effectively driving revenue growth and market expansion.-
- Demonstrated proficiency with enterprise sales methodologies showcasing the ability to implement and drive adoption of structured sales processes.-
- Committed to self-development and open to constructive feedback.-
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels**Our Culture**
