**Make an impact at Serco**

As a Category and Contract Lead based at Fiona Stanley Hospital, you'll be central to delivering high-quality services that contribute directly to clinical care and patient wellbeing. You'll lead the procurement and contract management process, ensuring value for Serco and its stakeholders.
- As the Category and Contracts Lead in the Estates team, you'll make a positive impact by:_
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies for the Infrastructure and Equipment portfolio
- Managing Estates contracts, including supplier relationships and dispute resolution
- Leading category management to minimise risk and maximise value
- Collaborating with internal teams, including Legal and Operations, to meet service delivery needs
- Supporting and developing team members to achieve service excellence
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and procurement policies

- To be successful in this role you'll have:_
- Proven experience in category and contract management, particularly in operations and maintenance
- Coach and mentor a diverse team with 4 direct reports
- Proven leadership and relationship management skills
- Strong commercial and contract negotiation expertise
- Knowledge of asset management, building/site management, or a similar technical field
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management abilities
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Procurement, or a related field (desirable)
