About the Opportunity
Certis Security Australia is currently seeking our next Customer Service superstars. As a Customer Service Officer at an esteemed art gallery, you will be the primary point of contact for visitors, patrons, and clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring an exceptional experience for all individuals interacting with the gallery. You will represent the institution with professionalism, warmth, offering assistance, guidance, and information to enhance customer engagement and support. Your preferred availability is weekends and nights but weekday availability would also be a bonus.The position is located in South Brisbane near Southbank. Key Responsibilities
Liaising with the public - providing information of directions, answering questions
Provide accurate, valid and complete information Qualification
Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate or the ability to obtain
First aid Certificate with a valid CPR
