At Ignite, our rapidly expanding Touring division is on a mission to open a world of happiness for our suppliers, people and customers. We are seeking a dynamic **Product Coordinator** to support our Product Managers with day-to-day product administration.

**In this role, you will**:

- Support the Product Managers with hands-on administration of the full product lifecycle, from product build and maintenance to trip evaluation
- Coordinate accurate product load on systems and websites
- Assist with pricing, inventory management and flight estimations
- Review advertising material and customer travel documentation
- Communicate product updates with internal sales and marketing teams
- Assist internal teams with product Q&A and timely delivery of passenger manifests and travel documentation
- Liaise with suppliers before and during trips to ensure the smooth tour operations
- Conduct post-tour quality evaluation and escalate customer feedback
