Aon Affinity specialises in developing, marketing and administering customised insurance programs, and specialty market solutions, for affinity organisations and their members or affiliates. Reporting into and supporting our Equine Client Manager.
Your team is responsible for servicing our existing Equine portfolio and impacting new business growth. You will be supporting clients and internal stakeholders with a wide range of administrative activities.

**What the day will look like**
- Actively participate in insurance policy pre renewal, renewal and post renewal activities including; internal strategy meetings, drafting quotation and placing slips, and creating renewal reports
- Using initiative to obtain up to date information regarding all current and upcoming client needs from colleagues to plan your workload according to deadlines and client priorities
- Support clients and colleagues with additional daily administration activities
- Review and analyze renewal information from clients for accuracy, gaps and opportunities
- Using new and existing client information and system tools, you will be responsible for gathering various data to create detailed and complex calculations, reports & documents
- Preparing, lodging and invoicing of policies in an accurate and timely manner
- Understanding client financials and assisting with credit control
- Identifying process improvement opportunities to ensure service standards are exceeded

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Comparable administration and customer service experience
- Ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders in a professional manner
- Ability to present all of Aon’s core values (Excellence, People, Integrity and Community) through internal and external interactions
- Ability to multitask and complete various complexity of tasks to deadlines
- Ability to assess, and complete, work with a high level of attention to detail
- Commercial Insurance experience would be advantageous (not required)
- Tier 1 qualification would be advantageous (not required)
- Strong experiences using software programs, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Relevant degree would be advantageous
