**About the Role**

Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity is available to drive National 360’s operations in Victoria and Tasmania. We are looking for a dynamic business leader to oversee, lead and manage operations within both states.
- Providing leadership and management to a growing multidisciplinary team across 12 locations
- Monitoring, managing, and leading the performance of VIC & TAS team members
- Accountability for the ongoing development, growth, and implementation of the VIC / TAS business plan
- Working closely with the National Leadership Team to ensure services in VIC & TAS align with the strategic growth and quality outcomes for the organisation
- Accurately forecast VIC & TAS-based recruitment needs to the People & Culture Team and participate in the recruitment of new team members as required
- Driving business development and growth in key areas, with the support of our Marketing team
- Identifying the training and support needs of VIC & TAS teams
- Maintaining a positive and supportive team culture across all sites

**Selection Criteria**
- Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health and/or Business (preferred)
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
- Experience leading and managing geographically dispersed hybrid working teams
- Willingness to travel to metro and regional sites
- A passion for developing long-term, meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly refined communication skills
- Strong mediation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Current driver’s licence and registered vehicle
- NDIS worker screening clearance and WWCC (or willingness to apply)
