Our Federal Government client seeking an
**Engagement and Delivery Officer** who shows initiative, problem solving, informed decision-making and effective prioritising of work.

**About the role**:

- Conform to departmental performance standards and work within departmental policies & guidelines
- Undertake administration duties
- Monitor, analyse data to assess providers performance and risk to ensure the best possible outcomes for job seekers and program participants
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders
- Actively participate in the achievement of WA State Office objectives in a positive and dynamic working environment

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Sound analytical skills and ability to interpret data, program guidelines and contractual frameworks correctly to resolve complex issues
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to provide clear and accurate advice to stakeholders including providers, colleagues and managers
- The ability to build positive working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and to represent the department professionally at meetings and events
- Initiative, flexibility and the capacity to adapt to change to meet current and future business priorities

**Desired**:

- An understanding of the Australian Public Service
