We’re looking for a skilled and motivated **Transport Company Manager** to join our team and take charge of day-to-day operations across our fleet. This is a great opportunity for someone with leadership experience in the transport industry who’s ready to make an impact.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Oversee daily transport operations, including fleet coordination and driver scheduling
- Ensure compliance with road safety, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), and fatigue management laws
- Supervise drivers and administrative staff, promoting efficiency and teamwork
- Liaise with clients to ensure timely and high-quality service
- Monitor costs, route performance and reporting, and drive improvements
- Report directly to the Director on operational and business performance

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in transport or logistics management (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Sound knowledge of NHVR, compliance, and safety standards
- Leadership skills and ability to manage teams under pressure
- Good IT and administration skills, including MS Office
- Strong communication and organisational skills
