**Service Track Transport** is seeking a reliable and experienced **Fleet Manager** to oversee the day-to-day management of our vehicle fleet. This is a full-time opportunity for someone with a proactive approach, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the company’s fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and compliance
- Monitor vehicle performance, maintenance records, and fuel usage to ensure cost-effective operations
- Ensure all vehicles comply with road safety and regulatory standards
- Liaise with suppliers, drivers, and other team members to ensure smooth transport operations
- Implement and maintain fleet policies and procedures
- Support driver onboarding and training
- Conduct audits and manage risk around fleet use

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a fleet or logistics management role
- Strong understanding of transport regulations and vehicle compliance
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in fleet management systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Full Australian driver’s licence
