A typical day in your new role

As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will play a vital role in our organisation and positively affect the lives of our customers. A typical day in your role will include:

- Making and receiving outbound/inbound calls
- Building rapport with customers and clients
- Conducting investigations to locate customers -be a pseudo-private investigator
- Negotiate payments through your exceptional customer service and rapport-building skills.
- Participate in team huddles, activities, and training.
