This 3-day week part time role will be based in our Sutherland Shire office and you will be reporting to the Company Accountant while working in a friendly finance team of 4.

As the Accounts Receivable Officer your duties will be:

- General collection activity on client accounts
- Making inbound and outbound calls to negotiate payment of debts
- Managing client enquiries with empathy, resilience and negotiate a resolution by working within business processes and legislation
- Provide relevant support services to clients and identify their needs based on each interaction
- Issue enforcement action when needed
- Account Receivable Analysis and reporting
- Liaising with project managers and administration support as part of the debt collection process.

Your experience will include:

- Ideally minimum 1 years experience in a debt collection focussed role
- Relevant qualification desirable
- Proficient with MS Office especially Excel
- Good communication skills
- Ability to learn new systems and processes

Work in a friendly office based in the Sutherland Shire. As voted by the JN team, we work on a hybrid model of Monday, Thursday and Friday in the office with flexibility to work from home on Tuesday and Wednesday.
