We have an amazing opportunity for a highly energetic Regional Manager to oversee our business in the south-eastern Sydney region. If you are a natural relationship builder who lives and breathes People, Performance, and Product and has the experience to join our senior retail leadership team this exciting role may be right for you. This will be a dynamic and fast paced role that requires dedication and determination to achieve success. You will need to roll up your sleeves and be hands on across all aspects of our retail stores and concession businesses, lead our teams by example and take this region to the next level.

Reporting to our State Manager, you will work with long-term, passionate team and supportive group of senior leaders.

As a Regional Manager you will show strong leadership and results driven traits, be highly motivated and have strong people management skills. A strong retail management background including multi-site management, in conjunction with your ability to implement change, will enable you to drive this prosperous region to its next level.

**About **The Role**
- Multi-site management of up to 12 locations across North West Sydney & 2 stores in Regional NSW
- Management of sales, wages and shrinkage for the region
- Effectively managing stock across stores in order to maximize sales opportunities
- Communicating and implementing business initiatives from Support Office across stores
- Promoting and maintaining harmonious working relationships in stores
- Train and develop your team of Store Managers to success
- Analysing KPI's to coach staff and improve sales performance
- Selling consultatively to drive growth
- Delivering VM directives, stocktakes and sales promotion setups across the region
- Undertaking operational activities including reporting, audits and inventory/stock activities to maximise sales
- Undertaking people based activities such as recruitment, training, coaching, reviews and performance development conversations
- Ensuring designated stores/concessions achieve sales targets and pre-determined objectives
- Proactively support marketing/promotional initiatives and actively promote the APG & Co brands
- Fostering a supportive and high-performing team environment

**About **You**
- Direct customer facing sales experience (+5 yrs) with proven sales results and accomplishments
- Previous experience in an multi-site position (ideally in a fashion-based environment)
- Have energy and passion to drive sales outcomes and KPIs through a hands on leadership approach
- Be experienced with driving individual sales targets and hourly productivity results
- Have a customer & team first approach
- Promote a fun and energetic working environment for your team
- Love working in and collaborating with a team
- A strong attention to Visual Merchandising and inventory management
- Be an energetic and natural relationship builder who can attract, develop & retain strong retail teams
- Approachable and motivated to hit the ground running in this fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and multi-task
