**Highly regarded global bank** seeks multiple,
**Senior KYC Analysts to step up into Quality Assurance positions**. Work within a fun and supportive culture, where you will have the opportunity to grow your long term career and be part of a Financial Crime - Quality Assurance Project.
- **Hybrid working - WFH & CBD based office**:

- **Start ASAP ongoing for 6 months with likely extension**:

- **Paying: $400 - $450 per day + super (exp depending)**

As part of this brand-new
**KYC/CDD Quality Assurance** team, you will be assisting with the following duties:

- Quality checking and reviewing KYC and CDD checks undertaken by team members
- Ensuring relevant procedures are met in line with legal and compliance requirements
- Analysing and evaluating whether correct decisions have been executed, and articulating your resolution
- Driving and uplifting the importance of quality to the wider business
- Identifying that correct risk ratings are assigned to customer files and flagging where information may be missing
- Monitoring that appropriate controls are in place to ensure accuracy and timeliness of review
- Liaising with other remediation teams to establish/improve processes and procedures
- Minimum 3-5 years KYC/CDD experience
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to communicate rationales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- A recognised financial crime qualification highly regarded but not essential
