**About the Role**:
The Sales Integrity Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of Sales data integrity reporting and undertaking quality assurance for all sections within the Sales Department. This includes analysing and reporting the findings with a focus of compliance, reducing risks and improvement.

Essential duties and responsibilities will include the following:

- Conducts quality assurance throughout the Sales department to ensure process and policy adherence, for risk mitigation.
- Reports risks identified and communicates preventative solutions across Sales process to Sales Integrity Lead.
- Provide the relevant leadership team with continual feedback on the findings of the quality assurance checks.
- Completes detailed reporting of all quality assurance checks made and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Escalate compliance failures or breaches of policies, procedures or legislation to the relevant leader of Sales department.
- Actions and analyses all data integrity reports at the agreed frequency and as specified.
- Provides constructive feedback of data integrity results to relevant team leaders at the agreed frequency and as specified and ensuring that these reports are completed within relevant timeframes.
- Maintains the Sales Data Integrity reports spreadsheet with the name of all reports and their relevant descriptions and remedial action and informs the Sales Integrity Lead of all data integrity requests and tasks received from other departments.
- Monitors data integrity reporting to identify performance trends in all sales processes.
- Monitors data integrity reporting to ensure assurance and consistency of data stored in the data warehouse and analyses data integrity results reports to identify possible process improvements, training needs and member education opportunities.
- Continually looks at ways to improve current processes in line with the Bank’s business process improvement policy and strategic plan.

- Cert IV in Financial Services desirable
