Litigator - Planning, Environment and Government

Do you have a keen interest in planning, environment and government law? Do you feel now is the right time to take the leap across the pond? I have a unique opportunity in this independent NSW firm for the role of litigator - Planning, Environment and Government law.
You will work directly with the firm's partners who all have an open-door policy, covering an extensive range of work including litigation, complex advising and transactional agreements. You will work across a range of diverse matters such as:
- Short, medium and long term matters at any one time.
- Focus on general litigation in land and environment court for NSW, dealing with class merits, jurisdiction, judicial review, civil review and environmental prosecution.
- Public sector governance.
- Matters can range from residential renovations to environmental prosecution, they are highly complex, and require technical engagement with experts in their relevant areas.
