**Manager Litigation**
- ** Full-Time (35hpw) Permanent Opportunity**:

- ** Location flexible across NSW with hybrid working. Weekly attendance at Parramatta**:

- ** Salary commencing from $139,787 + superannuation**

The Litigation Team provides independent, professional advice and services regarding State Taxation and Fines Administration litigation matters. In addition to leading the existing team of Senior Litigation Officers, this role will be responsible for expanding the team to include Senior Prosecution Officers and building the team’s capability in prosecution matters.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead an established, high performing professional team in providing guidance and management of litigation matters on behalf of the Chief Commissioner of State Revenue and
- Commissioner of Fines Administration
- Grow a high performing team and expand the service offering to include the provision of prosecution expertise
- Manage case allocation, reporting and the day to day relationship with key stakeholders
- Interpret, distil and communicate complex legal issues to internal business partners and stakeholders

**To be successful in this role you will demonstrate**:

- The ability to lead, engage and develop a group of highly skilled team members
- A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others and to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills, with strong project management capabilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance and manage competing tasks and priorities
