**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a **Supervisor** with a **warm and welcoming personality**, strong leadership skills, and a true passion for food, wine, and heartfelt service.
You will lead a lively, diverse team and have the chance to cross-train in everything from European wine service and continental charcuterie to event management and catering.

**Duty Manager responsibilities**
- Delegate tasks to employees and ensure they are completed effectively and properly
- Work hands on within the daily running of the business
- Manage, direct, and ensure high guest satisfaction in the delivery of all services
- Assist in resolving customer feedback in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner
- Keep track of inventory and make sure every area is fully stocked by ordering supplies and coordinating product deliveries
- Manage reservations

Duty Manager qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality experience with the knowledge and ability to perform in a variety of roles - server, barista, bartender, deli
- 2 or more years of previous management or supervisory experience
- Possess excellent organisational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Must have contactable references.
- Must live locally and be available for a interview in person

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour
