Join our team at MARAE IZAKAYA

MARAE IZAKAYA is an exciting Japanese Izakaya & bar located at Chadstone Shopping Centre. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Hall / Dining Supervisor to oversee and manage all operational activities at our venue.

What you will need:

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
- **At least 1 years of experience in a Restaurant Dining Manager role**, with a proven ability to manage in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, confidence, active listening, always willing to share ideas and support colleagues.
- The ability to communicate well with customers in English.
- Must hold a current Australian visa with work rights or be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
- Japanese language skills are a plus.

Working Hours
- 30-35 hours per week, including weekends.
- Flexible roster, including evenings (Mon-Sun).

About the Benefits
- Hourly wage:

- Weekday : $36 + Super.
- Weekend : Legal weekend hourly rate applies + Super.
- Public Holiday : Legal Public Holiday hourly rate applies + Super.

**Experience**:

- Japanese Restaurant Manager: 1 year (preferred)
- Restaurant/Dining Manager: 1 year (preferred)
