Job Description
As Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you will oversee and elevate the experience across all our dining outlets, including our signature Pastore restaurant, Altus Rooftop Bar and Lounge, in-room dining, and Conference & Events operations. You will drive a culture of genuine luxury service, inspiring your team to deliver personalised, memorable experiences that delight every guest.
Your leadership will ensure that every interaction is executed with precision, warmth, and attention to detail. With a calm and confident presence under pressure, you will foster an environment where your team feels valued, motivated, and empowered to grow. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the Food and Beverage team to deliver consistently exceptional luxury experiences.
- Set the standard for service excellence, leading by example in all guest interactions.
- Oversee operations across all food and beverage outlets, in-room dining, and conference and events services, ensuring seamless execution.
- Maintain a calm and composed presence under pressure, guiding your team through busy periods with focus and efficiency.
- Provide ongoing coaching, development, and feedback to empower individual and team growth.
- Build strong relationships with guests, understanding their preferences and exceeding expectations with personalised service.
- Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to ensure integrated, high-quality operations.
- Implement service standards, training programs, and operational processes that drive both guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
- Monitor departmental performance, ensuring smooth operations, quality control, and efficient resource management.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and rewarding work environment that retains and develops top talent.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Food and Beverage leadership role within a luxury hotel environment.
- A passionate and inspiring leader, with a track record of building engaged, motivated, and high-performing teams.
- A calm, confident, and composed presence under pressure.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect authentically with guests and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- A hands-on approach, leading by example to drive operational excellence and service consistency.
- A genuine passion for delivering a luxury guest experience with attention to detail and personalised touches.
