[MARAE Izakaya at Chadstone Shopping Centre VIC] - Japanese Hot Food Cooks or Sushi Makers

MARAE Izakaya located at Chadstone Shopping Centre is seeking for Japanese Hot Food Cooks or Sushi Makers who are passionate, energetic, and creative to join our team. You will be responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen and provide amazing dishes. You will also be required to ensure recipes, food preparation, and presentation meet our restaurant's specifications and have a high-level commitment to quality. You must also maintain a safe, orderly, and sanitised workspace.

What you will need:

  • Great communication skills and an ability to work well as part of the team.
  • At least 1 year Japanese Hot Food experience.
  • At least 1 year Japanese Sushi Making experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mon-Sun, 3-4days(25-30 hours) per week shift work.
  • You must have a valid work visa

Pay Rate:

  • Weekdays: $ Super
  • Weekends: Weekend rates applies+ Super
  • Public Holidays: Public Holiday rates applies $31.19( x 2) + Super
