Are you looking for something new? Join this rapidly growing healthcare business as an Accounts Payable Officer. This 3-month contract will combine BAU, project and stakeholder management responsibilities. Work alongside the AP manager and other stakeholders to support the business during this system rollout while ensuring a seamless end-to-end AP process.

**Your day-to-day**:

- Pay 100 - 150 vendors weekly,
- Take ownership of ad hoc expense pay runs,
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor and track accounts payable balances to ensure timely payments
- Uploading data to the system,
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any issues related to invoices or payments
- Assist with month-end close process
- Maintain files and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures

**Who you are**:

- A team player who takes accountability for their processes,
- Strong communication skills,
- Experience with a high volume of weekly invoices,
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle etc.
