**Volvo Cars Brisbane North** has an exciting opportunity available for a personable, passionate and customer focused individual to join our wonderful team as a **Service Advisor**.

**Playing a fundamental role in ensuring our exemplary customer service levels are unceasingly maintained and upheld, this position requires you to**:

- Deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of Customer Service.
- Assist with the loading of the workshop to ensure efficient utilisation of workshop capacity.
- Carry out customer follow-up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the workshop.
- Accurately prepare and cost customer invoices to Group Standards.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- The ability to work comfortably within a busy environment
- Experience in a similar client-facing / customer service role - Prior experience in a Service Advisory role will be viewed upon favourably.
- Possess superior communication skills to resolve difficult situations with diplomacy
- Excellent customer service skills including a pleasant welcoming manner and the ability to relate to a wide range of people both in-person and via telephone
- Demonstrated computer literacy including Microsoft Office, Excel etc..
- Advanced MS office and general computer skills.

You will also need to utilise your mechanical aptitude to deliver exemplary customer service and to capitalise on upselling opportunities with customers from a service and maintenance perspective.
