**RECEPTIONIST - ILSC & Greystone College Australia**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**(Part Time - Melbourne)**

ILSC & Greystone College Melbourne seek an organized and enthusiastic Student Service/Receptionist to join our teams in a part-time role.

This position has an immediate start date.

**The Receptionists are responsible for**:

- Answering the phone, transferring calls and taking messages
- Helping students/visitors with questions, issues and concerns
- Preparing student orientation and intake documents
- Managing textbook inventory
- Updating school’s academic management system (Moodle and school database)
- Helping students with questions and problems and/or leading them to the correct department
- Petty Cash management
- Printing ID cards, certificates and letters of completion
- Digitizing & filing student academic documents (passports, visas etc)
- Updating PRISMS site with student information
- Assisting the director & academic directors with assigned tasks
- Ordering and managing stationery and school supplies
- Doing coffee and/or snack runs for guests.
- Ensuring the reception desk is clean, neat and tidy and free from clutter.
- Ensuring the school is neat and tidy.
- Attending general staff and team meetings and training sessions as assigned

**Essential Selection Criteria**:

- Experience working in administration and customer.
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for education and sensitivity to the cultural and language issues facing our overseas
- Ability to work independently and as part of a

Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.

**Work Hours**: Part-time (20 hours per week), Monday to Friday 3 to 7pm.
