**Your Opportunity**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner / Behaviour Analyst to join our team working at our Bayswater site and in community.

Behaviour Support Practitioners are Human Rights warriors They work in a multidisciplinary model with a range of allied health professionals to understand customer needs and goals and provide tailored support to meet these.

**A day in the life of a Behaviour Support Practitioner**
- Develop a tailored intervention program for individuals utilizing evidence-based behaviour analytic procedures
- Train and mentor behaviour technicians in both technical and leadership skills
- Facilitate parent meetings, and collaborative relationships with individual’s therapy team
- Formulate and implement behaviour intervention plans, including Functional Behaviour Assessments
- Report client progress to relevant stakeholders
- Implement a multi-disciplinary approach to client care

**About you**
- Registered with NDIS Quality and Safeguard commission as a PBS practitioner
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (Or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
- Current Working with Childrens Check (Or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
- Highly Desirable; BCBA / CBA Qualification or studying towards
- Desirable; Completed a degree level qualification as an allied health professional (OT / Speech / Social Work / Psychology / ABA) or relevant field experience
