**FULL TIME JUNIOR LOGISTICS ASSISTANT / OFFICER ROLE**

Twisted Healthy Treats is looking for a proactive and driven Junior Logistics Assistant to join our Logistics team. This is a full-time role that will require you to work alongside our Logistics and Supply Chain Manager to oversee various aspects of logistics, inventory, supply chain management, production, and distribution.

As Australia’s leading ‘better for you’ healthy treats manufacturer our working environment is very dynamic and fast-paced. We are looking for applicants who are passionate about learning and working in a nimble team environment.

Twisted Healthy Treats is one of Australia’s leading healthy treat manufacturers. With the help of our amazing Sydney based production team, we produce authentic, clean, and delicious frozen products which are available nationwide and in more recent times, overseas markets. As a team, we at Twisted are totally obsessed with creating Australia's best tasting frozen desserts that are actually good for you. All our products are made from natural ingredients & we are an all Australian made product and 100%Australian owned business. Cass and the team have built an amazing Australian brand and we are well on the way to becoming Australia's best (and favourite) Healthy Treat Manufacturer.

**Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn on the job and start their career in a long-term full-time position with Twisted Healthy Treats.

We are looking for an individual who is wanting to gain experience and knowledge within the Supply Chain industry.

Main areas of focus:

- **Transport** - working with transport companies to ensure purchase orders are delivered within a timely manner.
- **Logistics** - processing purchase orders from major supermarkets, booking transport and working closely with 3PL’s to ensure purchase orders are fulfilled and generating correct labels as required.
- **General Admin Duties **- maintaining outlook inbox, answer phone calls, office filing, scanning documents to digital format
- **Customer Service **- answering customer queries

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
