**About the role**

We're on the lookout for **experienced Warehouse Operators** to join our Bradford team in Ingleburn. Reporting to the DC Manager, you'll be part of a close-knit logistics crew that prides itself on safety, efficiency, and delivering top-notch customer service.

**These are permanent opportunities supporting the Day shift (6am - 2pm) or Afternoon Shift (2pm - 10pm).**

No two days are the same - you'll be hands-on with forklift operations, manual handling, and all aspects of warehouse logistics, including:

- Safely loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers
- Putting stock away in designated WMS locations
- Picking and assembling customer and STO orders
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
- Operating forklifts (counterbalances with various attachments and high reach)
- Using RF scanners and WMS for accurate inventory management

**About you**
- Current forklift licence - counterbalance & high reach **(essential)**:

- Solid warehouse experience and manual handling capability (up to 30kg)
- RF scanning and WMS experience
- Strong attention to detail, numeracy, and literacy skills
- Self-motivation, problem-solving ability, and a team player mindset
- Good safety awareness and hazard identification skills
