As a Truck Driver Offsider at DJT Logistics & Management, you will play a crucial role in supporting our drivers and ensuring the efficient operation of our transport services. We embrace wahine toa (strong women) in our workforce and are committed to fostering an environment where all employees can thrive. You will work closely with our drivers to assist with loading and unloading goods, navigating routes, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities may include:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the truck driver with loading and unloading goods onto and off the vehicle.
- Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit.
- Navigate routes and provide directions to the driver as needed.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Willingness to go the extra mile and provide exceptional communication skills
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and cargo area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job.
- Assist with paperwork and record-keeping as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Must have an Australian Business Number (ABN)
- Must have suitable working rights to work in Australia.
- Valid driver's license is required, but not essential
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $175.00 per day
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
