**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities, including personal care, community access, and skill development.
- Utilize AUSLAN (Australian Sign Language) to effectively communicate with and support clients who are Deaf or hard of hearing.
- Assist clients in achieving their personal goals and enhancing their independence.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment, encouraging client participation in community activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other support workers to deliver holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress, activities, and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with individual care plans, as well as company policies and procedures.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $23.56 - $52.15 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
- Auslan Certification (Cert II) (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)

Work Location: In person
