**Position overview**

We are seeking an enthusiastic User Services Officer who is client-focused and thrives on delivering high-quality user services to the ANU community.

This position works across Library branches, participates in rostered online and face-to-face shifts, answering reference and information enquiries, assisting Library users with the operation of equipment, circulation and inter-library lending functions. You will also participate in the provision of library tours and the delivery of training, together with collection management projects.
