**The Company**

Our client is an internationally recognised brand with global operations. They are a market leader in their space and are continuing to expand. Operating a fairly complex supply chain model, their site in Rocklea drives a large amount of their production and they seek an experienced Production Planner/Professional to play a pivotal role in their scheduling and planning.

**The Role**

The Production responsible to overlook the production planning, material control and logistic activities including ordering raw materials and packaging for SKUs manufactured on-site and alternative sites when needed.

Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Planning Manager, your responsibilities will be but not limited to:

- Create production plans and hit weekly schedules to meet demand targets set through Sales and Operations Planning, and coherent with plant ability (80+ SKUs).
- Lead monthly site supply review and develop capacity plans to ensure production plans are met.
- Ensure purchase orders for raw materials and packaging are raised and successfully communicated with suppliers to meet time targets.
- Effectively develop and maintain relationships with suppliers creating a smooth flow of product.
- Ensure all product master data is accurate and utilises production processes.
- Manage raw materials, packaging and finished goods to make sure business guidelines are met.
- Manage all stock-take and efficient cycle counting activities.
- Ensure consistent safety and sustainability throughout all tasks conducted.

**Your Background**

Key requirements for this role are:

- Experience within FMCG desirable but not essential.
- 3+ Years experience in manufacturing supply chain environment.
- Ability to drive continuous improvements across planning.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good understanding of ERP systems.
- Great attention to detail.
- SAP experience is essential.
- A good understanding of MS Office is desired.
