**ABOUT THE ROLE**

AssetOn are currently recruiting for an experienced and capable Maintenance Planner to oversee and manage the production maintenance planning and scheduling activities, specifically focusing on utilising the SAP maintenance system. You will be responsible for:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the production maintenance plan.
- Prioritize and oversee work orders received from on-site personnel.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance tasks for production, including determining the scope of work, necessary tools, parts, and resources to ensure safe and successful completion of tasks. This includes maintaining comprehensive maintenance task lists, schedules, bills of material (BOMs), and functional locations.
- Create revisions to allocate work to designated maintenance days or planned events.
- Develop detailed maintenance day plans, including comprehensive lists of work orders and work types for planned activities.
- Assist and support maintenance team during breakdowns or emergent work as needed.
- Ensure timely processing of all purchasing documentation.
- Participate in factory safety and quality audit programs.

**ABOUT YOU**
- 2+ years demonstrated maintenance planning experience utilising SAP or similiar CMMS.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Project and Office Suite.
- Thorough understanding of preventative maintenance principals
- Maintenance budgeting and reporting experience highly regarded
- Full working rights in Australia
