Medical Receptionist

In this role you will be responsible for however not limited to:

- Greeting patients
- Booking patient appointments
- Answering telephone calls and directing as appropriate
- Typing letters for doctors as requested
- Processing payments for the patients Medicare and Private Billings
- Providing general administration duties

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

- Mature and sensitive approach when dealing with the patients
- Previous reception experience essential within General Practice
- Experience with PracSoft
- Certificate III or above (medical)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks successfully
- A strong patient service focus
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Fluent English (Macedonian, Srbian or Croatian) an advantage
- Strong administration skills within the medical arena.
