**About the role**

Reporting to the Group Leader, Remanufacturing Warehouse, the role is responsible for the provision of
- hands-on’ leadership that enables the team to deliver; safe, efficient and compliant warehouse and distribution services to the Remanufacturing department.

**Duties**:

- Provide effective leadership and direction to allocated team members
- Provide warehouse and distribution services including operating lifting equipment
- Stocktaking and cycle counting
- Co-ordinate dispatch transport and compile dispatch documentation
- Accurate; data entry, file records and documentation
- Active involvement in the continuous improvement of the Remanufacturing warehouse and distribution process
- Manage team’s work
- flow to ensure other areas of the Remanufacturing are not adversely affected

**Skills & Experience**:

- Cert IV in Warehousing and Storage or demonstrated industry experience
- Cert III in Leadership or equivalent is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience leading a small team in a warehousing/distribution environment
- LF, DG and EWP high risk licences desirable
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with MS Office
