You will be working in the HQJOC Joint Collective Training Branch (JCTB) J7. You will be working alongside ADF and coalition planners as well as working closely with a large technical team responsible for designing and delivering simulation solutions in support of joint collective training outcomes.
The roles will suit former members of Army, Navy and/or Air Force, ranked O3 to O6 level, with;
- Joint Operational Experience
- JTF experience or joint exercise planning experience
- Excellent Stakeholder management and engagement
- Unit or Sub-Unit leadership experience

You will be working with a close-knit group of ex-military planning specialists and technical professionals to deliver robust and effective simulation solutions to support ADF training. These roles are an ideal opportunity to utilise your Defence experience and to contribute to significant preparedness and training outcomes across the ADF.
