But we need YOU We're looking for a National Promotions Manager who’s ready to lead the charge in driving national campaigns, building brand visibility, and making Total Tools the first choice for every tradesperson nationwide. **What You'll Be Doing**: - ** Leading the Charge**: Drive national promotional strategies and campaigns that reflect Total Tools’ goals and values. - ** Working Your Magic**: Collaborate with our marketing and merchandising teams to create impactful promotions that get customers excited to shop. - ** Making It Happen**: From product launches to quarterly redemptions, you'll oversee every aspect of our promotions to ensure they are executed flawlessly. - ** Connecting the Dots**: Work with external suppliers and internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly—from the physical store displays to e-commerce campaigns. **We Need a Superhero Who Can**: - Manage national campaigns from start to finish (no task is too big, no detail too small). - Juggle multiple projects with ease and keep everything organized. - Build strong relationships with suppliers, internal teams, and customers. - Think strategically, act quickly, and work under pressure. - Dive into Excel and analyze data to optimize performance (become the Excel wizard we need). - Be a team player who thrives on collaboration and problem-solving. **What You Bring to the Table**: - A proven track record in running successful national promotions. - Stellar communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to balance creativity with precision and deadlines. - Strong project management skills (you love ticking things off the to-do list). - Retail experience and familiarity with customer service are a bonus. - A passion for tools, campaigns, and making things happen Our operating model is one that respects and invests in our team and customers.
