Workshop rental technicians assist in the day-to-day operations of our tuning workshop to perform a wide range of services including, but not limited to waxing, repairs, binding mounts and base and edge tuning. You will work in collaboration with the rental team to keep our rental and demo equipment fleet in good working order.
**In a typical day in this role, you might**:
- Assist the other technicians in keeping the Rental equipment fleet in good working order and extending the life of the rental fleet.
- Assist the team members of the ski and snowboard shops in maintaining demo ski and snowboard fleets.
- Liaise with guests on workshop services and identifying the correct service they require then returning them their equipment on time, every time.
- Keeping a clean, tidy, and safe workshop environment, ensuring you use all the correct PPE and live our company value of Be Safe.
**To be considered for this role, you should have**:
- Previous experience as a technician in a ski and/or snowboard workshop is required
- Previous electrical or engineering experience is highly desired but not essential
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role
- Basic computer knowledge
