**About this role**:
You will be energetic, motivated with great attention to detail and a can-do approach to challenges and tasks. We required an individual, who is team orientated with a strong customer focus who can work independently, as well as collaboratively to maximise workflow and achieve company goals.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Creating purchase orders via Counter Intelligence System.
- Manage overdue purchase orders with stakeholders
- Manage item status/delivery issues/requirements/processes with vendors & internal stakeholders
- Manage local and international suppliers, building optimal relationships whilst monitoring performance
- Expedite purchase orders with vendors and orders outside planning horizons
- Facilitate reporting for unconfirmed purchase order

**To be considered for this role it is essential you have the following skills and experience**:

- 3 - 5 Years within a purchasing & Inventory planning environment desirable
- An understanding of ERP/MRP Systems, ideally POS.
- Knowledge of Inventory and/or supply planning is highly desirable.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills, Word, and Excel.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail combined with advanced analytical skills.
- Ability to work with and positively contribute to a busy team.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering process improvements would be advantageous.
