**About the role**

As a Gaming Services Supervisor, you will oversee the daily running of the Host operations on the Main Gaming Floor. Reporting to the Gaming Machines Gaming Manager, you will supervise a shift of Gaming Services Hosts, ensuring service standards are maintained at all times.

As a leader, you are responsible for positively influencing the performance of your team, ensuring each of your team members deliver thrilling and memorable experiences for our guests.

You will lead by example by ensuring familiarity with the property, current promotions and tournaments, maintaining high-floor visibility and actively participating in pre-shift briefings.

Please note this is a secondment opportunity for 6 months that may develop into a fulltime role.

**About you**
- Performing supervisory role in a hosting environment in higher duties or fulltime capacity (preferred but not essential)
- Polished five-star grooming and personal presentation
- High level expertise in relation to the Host operations
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills as you work with a diverse guest and team member base
- Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster
