As a Gaming Supervisor, you will support the Assistant Gaming Managers in the execution of business objectives and contribute to the optimal performance of gaming operations and be at the forefront of Customer Service and Compliance initiatives. With your positive and proactive approach, you foster a winning, solution-oriented work environment, motivating and engaging team members to continuously improve and deliver the best possible service to our guests.

You have a reputation for “Doing the Right Thing” and understand your obligations with regards to maintaining a high level of professional integrity.

- Indicating (Yes/No) if you have a current approved preferred shift, and if so, what that is? Egg: Mornings, Days, Days/Nights, Nights
- Please list what Major/s games you are currently competent in. Egg: Baccarat, Blackjack, Craps, Poker, Roulette and/or Pai Gow
- Brief summary of your employment history (as it relates to this role)?

**Important to note**:

- Your current preferred shift will be considered on a case-by-case basis with no guarantee of maintaining this, if you have a preferred shift that you need to maintain, please discuss this if you are successful in progressing to an interview.
- Your total performance history will be taken into consideration when deciding your suitability.
- You will also need an Endorsement via iConnect (diary note), completed by your Team Leader

**About you**

You will be a current Dealer or HD with over 6 months tenure at The Star.

Additionally, we are looking for:

- Completion of GLDP 1 is desirable
- Minimum competency of 2 major games (more is preferred)
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Demonstrated guest service orientation
- Strong numerical and analytical problem-solving skills
- Application of Star Qualities in all aspects of your role
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills as you will work with a diverse guest and team member base
- Attention to detail, polished grooming and personal presentation

To ensure that you are equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our guests and support the development of our team, we will provide you with training and opportunities to participate in learning and development courses.
