**About the Position**

We are searching for a new
**National Category Manager** to join our team at either
**Strathpine (QLD) or Reservoir (VIC)**. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Category Managers and supporting them to develop category-specific plans across each of the Iplex “water” portfolios. Not only will you oversee a team, but you will also have two smaller categories to manage. You will ensure a strong collaborative relationship is made with the Head of Marketing and Category to fully leverage the category management principles and disciplines, ensuring processes are in place to drive profitable growth across the total portfolio.

**Skills and Experience**
- Extensive experience in developing Strategic Category Plans
- Experience in Consumer Goods, FMCG, or the Water Industry
- Degree qualified in Business or similar related discipline
- Understand how to lead high-performance teams
- Demonstrated Project Management ability
- Strong in Product development and commercialisation
- Understand and interpret Australian Standards and Industry Body Certification requirements
- Effective written and verbal presentations and communication skills
- Strong ability to influence win/win outcomes
- Excellent with ERP (JDE, SAP) QLIK business reporting, Office, and Smartsheet software
- Demonstrate effective business written skills to support investment opportunities
