**About the Role**

We are currently looking for a **National Credit & Claims Manager **at **Iplex Strathpine** due to internal growth. As the National Credit & Claims Manager, you will be tasked with leading, planning, directing, and controlling the company's credit policy and debtors collection function. You will play a critical role in maintaining both methods of credit control and cash collection, striving to increase efficiencies within the credit function and improve company cash flow while upholding our commitment to exceptional customer service in all interactions.

**Skills and Experience**
- Extensive experience in credit management and collections
- Members of AICM will be highly regarded
- Proven track record in customer collections and business development
- Assess the creditworthiness of potential and existing customers
- Thorough knowledge of legal obligations (PPSA, Trade Practices & Privacy Acts)
- Passion for leading a team and improving engagement
- Experience on an Open Item operating system (cf. Balance Brought Forward)
- Advance in Microsoft Office, Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge with ASIC, Dun & Bradstreet, Veda and ABR database desirable
- Experience with Debtors Insurance and its requirements
- Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail
- Great Communication, Relationship management and influencing capabilities,
