**About your new role**

What an exciting time to join our bustling Richlands site, where CCEP have invested $100 million dollars to grow our production capability. This means we are ready to grow our amazing workforce and welcome some Production Team Members into varied opportunities including working on our state of the art new can line, or in our new syrup rom. One thing is certainyou’ll get to work with world class technology, receiving ongoing training and support from your friendly team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Equipment cleaning
- Ingredient processing & batch making
- Monitoring production activity, resolving / escalating issues which impact production targets
- Manage packaging and product changeovers
- Using systems to accurately report on production data and quality checks

We are looking for the following skills, attributes and experience:

- A proactive mindset that will see you keep on top of the tasks on your shift
- Good verbal and written communication skills to manage day to day tasks, breakdowns, quality, and safety issues and escalations
- Eagerness to learn your production line
- Safety First Mindset
- a disciplined attitude to work safely in your environment and around the plant
- Excellent problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn different equipment
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not essential
- Australian work rights
