As a Direct Care Worker (Community), you will play a key role in providing direct, person-centred care to clients, working closely with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals. You’ll be an integral part of the team, supporting individuals to live independently with dignity and respect, while contributing to their overall well-being.

While experience in working with aged, frail, or disabled persons is valuable, limited experience is acceptable as we are happy to support your growth.
