**The Role**

As a Direct Care Attendant (Residential), you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional care to residents within our Residential Care Home. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you'll collaborate closely with a dedicated team of health professionals, playing a key role in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a tangible impact on residents' lives while working in a supportive and integrated care team.
- To be classed as a WHA4 you must have completed an AQF Certificate III relevant to the position._
