**The Role**

As a Direct Care Worker (Community), you'll play a vital role in empowering aged, frail, or disabled individuals to comfortably remain in their own homes with the support they need. Reporting to the Community Care Coordinator, you’ll work closely with a team of dedicated Community Health professionals, contributing to a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives while fostering their independence and well-being in a supportive community setting.
- Must have completed an AQF Certificate III relevant to the position and at least 560 hours satisfactory in-service experience._
