**The Role**

Step into a rewarding role as a Direct Care Worker (Residential), where you'll make a real difference in the lives of residents at our Residential Care Home. You'll work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager and collaborate with a dedicated team of health professionals, playing a key part in delivering exceptional care and support in a vibrant, multidisciplinary environment.
- To be classed an a WHA4 you must have completed an AQF Certificate III relevant to the position._

Karoonda and District Soldiers' Memorial Hospital offers a comprehensive range of services, including a nurse-led Emergency Department supported by telehealth consultations with emergency-trained General Practitioners. Our facilities also feature outpatient services and aged care beds. Additionally, the Country Health Connect team provides a variety of community health services right from our hospital site, ensuring seamless and holistic care for our community.
