The APAC Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE) regroups Talent Acquisition Specialists and Managers based in 7 different countries (covering all APAC scope including 14 countries), dedicated to finding the best talents for Air Liquide. Promoting diversity and inclusion values, placing users at the center and always looking for continuous improvement.

This role will join a supportive team environment partnering with internal stakeholders to meet their hiring needs.

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:

- Consult hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
- Manage the end to end recruitment process with hiring Managers and HRBPs
- Deliver consistent and standardised recruitment processes and the right channel to select the best talents for the company
- Build high-quality partnerships with recruitment service providers
- Participates in the onboarding process and getting frequent feedback from new hires
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- 1 - 2 years experience in recruitment
- Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn
- A creative mind with a strong drive to enhance employee experience.
- A high degree of professionalism, judgment and discretion as you will be handling confidential information.
- Strong communication (Both written and verbal), interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
