This is not your typical recruitment role – you'll be out there mapping markets, engaging passive talent, and creating future-ready candidate communities. You'll play a big part in shaping how we find and connect with people who share our passion for bringing landscapes to life.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively sourcing and engaging talent across multiple channels
• Building and nurturing candidate pools for current and future roles
• Partnering with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to understand what great looks like
• Sharing market insights and supporting recruitment campaigns
• Championing our employer brand and candidate experience

What you'll bring

• 2+ years' experience in recruitment or sourcing, ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Strong skills in sourcing tools, platforms, and social media
• A relationship-builder who thrives on connecting with people
• Organised, curious, and proactive with an eye for detail
