ALG Talent is hiring for our aviation client in need of a skilled Maintenance Controller (Duty Technical Manager). This role oversees daily operations, including disruption recovery, technical support, MRO coordination, and compliance control. The position offers a casual contract with full-time hours and potential for direct permanent placement.

We seek an experienced aviation professional with strong leadership, A320/321 experience, and a track record of success in Maintenance Watch or Line Maintenance roles. Key responsibilities include leading MOC staff, managing daily support roles, ensuring compliance, and providing technical fleet support.
- Cert IV in Aeroskills or CASA License
- A320/321 Aircraft experience
- Previous Maintenance Watch or Line Maintenance experience
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Familiarity with TRAX, Skywise, SHM, ROCADE, and AHM
- Willingness to undergo a Drug and Alcohol test
- Ability to pass a background check
